Lord of the Rings

A scene from the first movie when Arwen and Aragorn were having an intimate moment on the bridge at Rivendell. It is one of my favorite scenes and there were also a number of people who asked for this when I made the LOTR poll. So here it is ^^. I don't have a next scene in mind yet, but I'll be browsing the poll comments again for the next one.

The plants were done using brushes from [link] I'm sorry. I tried making my own plants, but they just weren't that good. I made a brush out of the Lord of the Rings logo *copyrights to New Line and JRR Tolkien of course* !

If you look at it at a more professional point of view, I admit that this isn't a very good piece because it's simple and I "cheated" the background with brushes. BUT personally, I enjoyed doing it and when I was looking at it it seemed peaceful and a bit sentimental to me, and I liked it. So, this is the first time I'll say this, haha, but if it's alright, there is no need to criticize my art skills based on this drawing. My faults are known to me. Just appreciate it (if you do) for what it is ^^.

And besides, my mom kept laughing at Aragorn's "beard" saying it didn't look like beard. You gotta give it a point for entertainment value. Haha.
